Greatly enjoyed our 1 night stay. The staff were superfriendly and extremely polite. The hotel had a convenient and decent location close to the Celestial Seasonings factory. We tried some restaurants, including Yo which boasted an excellent cuisine. You guys made our stay perfect.

Clean and functional room, all in all had great stay.
The provided breakfast was good. The room was functional and huge with very comfy beds, kitchen and a couch, we felt like at home. Appreciated our stay at hotel and would come here again.

great access to parks and walking paths for exploration
I enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic walking path just steps from the front door which are only about 2 km away, perfect for a peaceful stroll and reconnecting with nature. The staff were friendly and accommodating .

The owner of the hotel was the friendliest, most helpful person I have ever met. The hotel is usually managed by family members, who were out of town during our visit. It is a family owned hotel and they work hard to make their guests feel at home. The rooms are large and we had windows on two sides, giving us a nice view of a park behind. It is unique in that there is a community kitchen for those who want to cook a meal. Laundry facilities are also available. Continental breakfast was very nice.
The building is in need of a major update. The common space is dark and the wallpaper is very outdated. The air conditioner in our room broke twice, although I must say they came and worked on it right away both times. It is an ideal facility for young people on a budget.

Everything in that hotel was so bad. Don't worth your money. This is not 3 star hotel it was 0 star

Had the ammenities they claim. Laundry, microwave, refrigerator, fully stocked w/dishes and silver. Check in very quick and simple. Beds were very comfortable. Extra linens available w/o having to ask, as were toiletries which were in a cupboard for access by guests any time. Lighting was good. Clean room, although carpet was stained.
Breakfast was awful! Very stale mini blueberry muffins, hard as a rock, stale mini cinnamon rolls, stale mini bagels. Had to take it back to the room and microwave it in order to make it edible. The Inn Keeper was very nice at check in, but seemed rather stand-offish and cold in the morning, which I could understand had we asked for a lot of extras, but we didn't.

My kids wished there were healthier food options available at breakfast. An increase in nutritious choices would make a significant difference for families.

Clean room, comfy beds, nice breakfast, big rooms, quiet. I would stay here again. It is nothing fancy, but just right for the price. Thank you
Just one day we had to call room service, they forgot to make up our room. But they came promptly even at 12:00 midnight

The location was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Like having the kitchenette with friderator and microwave in the room
It was strange - we arrived late, did a self check in and never saw an employee. The room was a little dated and carpet had stains. Vanity showed some age, but overall room was clean and comfortable. Directions to find the place were accurate.

They need to update the exterior and the lobby and hallways. Get rid of he horrible pink wallpaper. The room was nice, but take the cheap looking wood table out, or put a cloth over it.
